Absolute hidden gem. Tetanus is 10 maps of pure solid doom gameplay with a really beautiful texture set. What it lacks in length (and sorta lacks in variety) is made up for with just how SOLID everything is here. Don't mistake this for a chill time though, despite the cheery visuals, Tetanus will still kick your ass quite a bit if you're not careful. It's not a soulcrushing sunlust nightmare but it's not easy either. The first map is particularly mean but its not quite that bad for the entire duration. Highly suggest checking this one out, it's VERY good.
