Ah, the sweet sounds of Doom challenge maps, my favorite. /j Firefly is a very solid effort by a very high quality mapper, but admittedly not quite as big of a slam dunk as I was hoping it would be. The first 3 maps are REALLY solid, but map 4 is a real slog, and while the remaining 3 maps aren't as bad, it still never quite reaches that initial peak. Map 7 especially is WAY too fuckin long overall, and a few fights both pre and post bfg could probably have been cut out for better pacing. Still worth a look if you're already into this type of mapping but there's admittedly better stuff out there if you're just interested in starting out.
